What it means

Named after President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Urgent-but-unimportant tasks are the ones to delegate; neither-urgent-nor-important ones to drop.

Adding a price makes the delegate box concrete: delegate when someone costs less than your time.

Example

Jordan earns $150,000 and is aiming for $250,000. 2,080 working hours a year.
Dourgent and important
Scheduleimportant, not urgent
Delegateurgent, not important
Dropneither

In Time Valuer

Time Valuer answers the delegate question directly: it compares your time's value with the price of paying someone.
