Delegate below your rate

High performers don't do everything themselves. They know what their hour is worth and hand off anything that costs less.

Four hours of cleaning at a $250,000 goal rate is $481 of time. A $160 cleaner keeps $321 on track, and four hours free.

The hard part isn't the math. It's knowing your rate well enough to trust it.
