What it means

A big number on its own is hard to act on. Broken down, it becomes a standard for every hour: is this work worth what my goal says an hour is worth?

Most people never convert their goal, so they can't tell which decisions move them toward it.

Example

Jordan earns $150,000 and is aiming for $250,000. 2,080 working hours a year.
Goal$250,000
An hour$120.19
A minute$2.00
